We are a proudly South Australian company established in May 1987. As Adelaide School of Gymnastics Pty Ltd. During 1990, a name change to Tri Skills brought about the re-focus to include fundamental ball/sports skills and movement/dance exploration with the gymnastics skills. These being the 5 key elements of physical education for children along with swimming and fitness TriSkills Holden Hill Centre has a commitment to excellence providing programs that are educationally sound, exciting, enjoyable, innovative and imaginative.
These qualities have been acknowledged by Centre Manager Heather Mooney being awarded the:
Australian sports medal in 2000
Australian Gymnastics Federation National Kindergym Leader of the year 2000 and again in 2004
